Runes
All runes currently listed in Sailor Piece, including their Rune Dungeon source and their base and max effects.
Runes are a separate progression layer in Sailor Piece. They come from the Rune Dungeon and add a focused stat effect instead of acting like a weapon or accessory slot. Some runes push raw damage, some add status effects, and others lean into defense, HP, or luck.

Defensive runes
Suppression Rune

| Field | Value |
|---|---|
| Source | Rune Dungeon |
| Base | 10% damage reduction |
| Max | 15% damage reduction |
Suppression Rune is the cleanest damage-reduction option on the current rune list. It does not add damage or utility, but it directly lowers incoming damage.
Guardian Rune

| Field | Value |
|---|---|
| Source | Rune Dungeon |
| Base | 39% max HP (1.39x) |
| Max | 59% max HP (1.59x) |
Guardian Rune is the HP-focused rune. It stands out from Suppression because it scales max health instead of flat damage reduction.
Damage runes
Destruction Rune

| Field | Value |
|---|---|
| Source | Rune Dungeon |
| Base | 25% damage (1.25x) |
| Max | 37% damage (1.37x) |
Destruction Rune is the direct damage rune without extra status effects.

Status-effect runes
Frost Rune

| Field | Value |
|---|---|
| Source | Rune Dungeon |
| Base | 2s freeze, 30% impact damage |
| Max | 3s freeze, 44% impact damage |
Frost Rune is the control-oriented rune. It trades pure stat scaling for freeze duration and impact damage.
Inferno Rune

| Field | Value |
|---|---|
| Source | Rune Dungeon |
| Base | 70% burn damage, 4s duration |
| Max | 104% burn damage, 4s duration |
Inferno Rune is the burn rune. Its duration stays fixed on the current rune listing, while the burn damage increases from base to max.
Blood Rune

| Field | Value |
|---|---|
| Source | Rune Dungeon |
| Base | 65% bleed damage, 5s duration |
| Max | 97% bleed damage, 5s duration |
Blood Rune is the bleed rune. Like Inferno, it keeps the duration fixed and scales the damage from base to max.
Utility rune
Fortune Rune

| Field | Value |
|---|---|
| Source | Rune Dungeon |
| Base | 10% luck |
| Max | 15% luck |
Fortune Rune is the outlier on the list because it leans into luck instead of combat power.
How to compare runes
The current rune pool splits cleanly into four use cases:
- Direct damage:
Destruction Rune,Wrath Rune - Survivability:
Suppression Rune,Guardian Rune - Status pressure:
Frost Rune,Inferno Rune,Blood Rune - Utility:
Fortune Rune
That makes runes easier to read than some of the other systems in Sailor Piece. The main question is not how to unlock a large branching tree, but which effect you want to slot into your build.
